Ranger Construction — South’s Pompano Beach, FL, asphalt plant (above) was one of seven Vecellio Group facilities recognized by the National Asphalt Pavement Association with “Green Diamonds” in 2006. The Diamond Achievement Commendation for Excellence in Hot Mix Asphalt Plant/Site Operations was also given to Ranger Construction’s plants in Winter Garden (below), Ft. Pierce and West Palm Beach; Ranger South’s Miami plant; and Sharpe Bros.’ two plants in Greensboro, NC.
